How can i grow my hair and nails faster?

some people say vitamins but which ones ?! i got a really bad hair cut and i neeeed to grow my hair out and im so nervous to go back to school so i want atleast a 3 or 4 day head start on faster growing. and if you say healthy vitamins, can yout ell me which ones ? thanks a bunch !How can i grow my hair and nails faster?
