How do UK homeless people get their nails cut and their teeth cleaned?

There are charities that help the homeless as much as they can. They offer them hot meals, chances to wash themselves and their clothes, they even give out clothes, shoes, blankets etc, help find accomodation and jobs and also emotional support too. It's great that they do this as everybody deserves to have a decent life.How do UK homeless people get their nails cut and their teeth cleaned?
For their teeth they can use anything that is remotely brushable! Like toilet scrubbers, Sponges, steel sponges, Dusters, Floor scrubbers, brooms, and they use shoe lace for floss

The same way anybody else does, with nail clippers (or their teeth) and a toothbrush
They have to find new contestants for Big Brother somewhere :-)
They get a job at Mcdonalds and do it in the staff kitchens ;o)
